Dr Tatiana is one of the world’s leading Aesthetic experts and founded the clinic. Alongside her University of London Medical Degree, she completed a Batchelor’s degree in Aerospace Physiology and a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine with Distinction.

Dr Tatiana is an international Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers as well as for laser and radiofrequency devices and has an active interest in research, having published and presented her work extensively.

Dr Tatiana has also featured in television series as well as in numerous magazines and newspaper publications. She has a keen interest in teaching and leads an international fellowship programme as well as an advanced cadaveric aesthetic training course in association with the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS).

Dr Tatiana is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and continues to practice in the NHS.
Dr. Rishi Mandavia

Dr Rishi Mandavia

ENT, Head and Neck Doctor

Dr Rishi qualified from King’s College London School of Medicine, where he was awarded the European Student of the Year Award. He then secured the only NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship (ACF) in ENT Head and Neck Surgery in London, followed by a prestigious National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Scholarship where he contributed to national guidelines and simultaneously completed a Master’s degree in Health Policy at Imperial College London. 

Dr Rishi then completed a PhD in health economics and implementation science at UCL, funded by the NIHR and Royal College of Surgeons. 

As a World Health Organization expert advisor, European Academy of Facial Plastics committee member and consultant to the Lancet commission, Dr Rishi contributes to international ENT, Facial Plastic surgery policy development. Dr Rishi has extensive experience in non-surgical aesthetics, having written numerous peer reviewed articles and presents his research internationally.

He is a Key Opinion Leader for dermal fillers, lasers and other energy-based devices, contributing to research and product development. Dr Rishi regularly lectures at Imperial College London and UCL, where he supervises MSc students; and combining his interests in Aesthetics with teaching, co-founded the London Advanced Aesthetics Fellowship 

Dr Ryan De Cruz

A Specialist Dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, Dr Ryan De Cruz completed his medical degree at The University of Melbourne, undertaking his residency at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne and advanced training at St. George’s Hospital NHS, London.

With experience working in hospitals across Melbourne and the UK, Dr De Cruz has been appointed Consultant positions at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Skin Health Institute.

With a keen interest in the areas of eczema, acne and rosacea, psoriasis, skin cancer management, laser treatment and hair loss disorders, Dr De Cruz is passionate about providing holistic dermatological care and in sharing his knowledge with fellow industry professionals.

Dr. Nestor Demosthenous

Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Nestor is one of Scotland’s most experienced aesthetic doctors. He is an international speaker and published author in Aesthetic Medicine. Having dedicated most of his medical career to Aesthetic Medicine, as well as a passion for this specialty, Dr Nestor opened The Medical & Cosmetic Centre in Edinburgh’s city centre in 2016. It has since grown to be one of the largest aesthetic clinics in Scotland and has won several awards including ‘Best New Clinic 2016’ and ‘Most Innovative Clinic 2017’, and ‘Best Clinic Scotland 2019’, with Dr Nestor himself winning “Cosmetic Doctor of the Year 2018”. Dr Nestor also holds regular fortnightly clinics at London’s multi-award winning PHI Clinic on Harley St.
 
Dr Nestor obtained his Medical Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh in 2006. Upon completing his junior doctor years he pursued a surgical career, gaining experience from several surgical specialties predominantly Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery. Alongside this he entered Aesthetic Medicine which became his passion and ambition. Dr Nestor has been an advisory board member for Allergan’s complications group 2015, and Healthcare Improvement Scotland Phase I (2016-7) & II (2017-8), helping to safeguard patients. Dr Nestor holds an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine from Bart’s & Queen Mary University London.
